Rosanne Sall Pinker – President
Rosanne founded the company in 1985. Rosanne began her media career in New York with HRP Television then moved to Broome County and joined WBNG-TV in 1975 where she became the local sales manager. Rosanne created the Giant Markets vendor program. She also helped launch Dick’s Sporting Goods initial expansion in Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo. Rosanne personally oversees all client contact and creative work.
Monty Pinker – Managing Partner
With over 30 years of experience in television and media management, he was President of Gateway Television Group (including WBNG-TV) and has numerous contacts in television and radio networks, syndication and production companies. Monty develops strategic planning, media relations, community relations and customer development as well as overseeing all aspects of Transit sales and advertising. He serves on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity, Binghamton Boys & Girls Club and the Goodwill Theatre.
Tom Raff – Creative Director
After enjoying a 23 year career with WBNG as production manager overseeing the vast majority of advertising campaigns in the marketplace, Tom joined Rosanne Sall Advertising in 2001 as creative director. Tom creates multi-media campaigns with radio, television print, transit, outdoor and direct mail. He is an Alumni of Binghamton University.
Joseph Kosik – Art Director
Joseph brings 25 years of graphic design experience to Rosanne Sall Advertising, including major campaigns for the City of Binghamton Planning Department, Antique Row, B-Mets, Ross Park Zoo, National Carousel Association, Spiedie Fest Logo Design and many Broome County Transit and TCAT campaigns. Joseph is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Dan Johnson – Producer/Editor/Photographer
After graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Communications, Dan joined the production staff at WBNG-TV. Throughout his 16-year career at the station, Dan videotaped and produced hundreds of local commercials, news and children’s specials, sporting events and other locally originated programming. In addition, Dan has been the recipient of many local Ad Club awards for his work.
Mary Roper – Account Executive
With a degree in broadcasting, Mary has over 30 years experience in radio, television and cable as on-air personality, voice-over talent, advertising sales, and commercial inventory trafficking. Mary has also served as Publicity Chairperson in a number of local, non-for-profit agencies.
Nicole Kradjian – Project Manager
A graduate of Binghamton University, Nicole comes to Rosanne Sall Advertising with a creative and managerial background in publishing. Her responsibilities include interfacing with clients to determine their creative needs, overseeing the design and completion of print ads, press releases, and coordinating PR events.
Donna Sterling – Office Manager
A graduate of Ridley-Lowell and a recent employee at NYSEG, Donna joined Rosanne Sall Advertising to handle all agency bookkeeping. She also prepares and provides detailed invoices and payment schedules for all clients.
Chris Olsen – Internet Marketing Specialist
After attending Binghamton University and founding a medical device company as VP Marketing, Chris joined RS Ad Agency as their Internet Marketing Specialist. Since his joining the agency, he has helped found the digital agency RS WebWorks. He is now heading this division of Rosanne Sall Advertising.
